Our goal is to offer great quality mats and wall decals, that will create happiness and joy to you and/or the person you are gifting. We will check all items for accuracy before they have shipped. Hand-crafted mats takes great pride in our mats and decals. We genuinely want our customers to be happy and we will only provide quality mats and wall decals.

Each mat and wall decal are personalized just for you. Therefore, we do not offer refunds; but will exchange the item(s) if we have made an error with your custom design.

All exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt. We will review the issue and provide an exchange after examining the order.
